Old school, character.
Needs a lick of paint and pictures on wall on corridors to rooms. Third floor.

Room was nice and big, the view was nice
Just where it is situated, still a bit of a walk away from places, and when the trams went down it was a journey to get back.
Not the hotels fault but just to point out for poeple

Our room was very spacious and well equipped.
The pool was under renovation, but what they dont tell you on the website that it has been closed since covid- 7 yrs. Very misleading.

The bed was comfy.
Had to wait 1 hour and 20 mins in a queue for check in. The staff were very slow, lots of rooms not ready. Only when I was being checked in did someone come to listen to a line of complaints for various other guests. Very unprofessional and unacceptable. No one was apologising or explaining why it’s taking so long. Definitely needed more staff.
The room was very tired looking, dirty windows, cracked marble around the bath. Definitely not worth the money in my opinion. Very basic for what I paid.
