A grand entrance and reception area and very helpful staff.
The location was great for being able to explore both the local shopping mall and the China Town and the old Malacca.
Breakfast buffet had extensive choices and the staff were happy to advise on options for different unfamiliar cuisines.
Great to have an infinity pool on the 12th floor and rooftop bar area
The concierge were helpful in advice on taxis
The area around the swimming pool could do with refurbishment - especially the decking as it was covered with a mat material, but I could feel that the deck underneath was broken in places. The kids pool was supposedly being refurbished in October, but I saw little signs of work having taken place with only a couple of days to go to supposed reopening!
The pool could have done with more regular removal of vegetation - leaves often floating or on the bottom.

The location. Connected to a mall. Near to Dataran Pahlawan and Mahkota Parade. Lots of streets food at night.

Most of the things. Only breakfast can improve more
All good

Prime location to prime tourist location, 2 shopping malls just directly behind and opposite the hotel.
We found bugs crawling on the bathroom floor, and also cockroaches at the pantry area inside our room

"Location is nice, rooms are clean. Hotel stuff is excellent. They do understand customer needs, allowed early check in and upgraded our room according to their availability."
