A beautiful hotel with a fantastic restaurant.
I have travelled all over the world and stayed in numerous five-star hotels, but I have never experienced anything like this.
When I checked in, the soap dispenser in the shower was completely empty. I had to complain several times before someone finally brought some soap, several hours after my arrival. This is simply unacceptable for a five-star hotel.
To make matters worse, the outside temperature was only 11–12°C in the evening, yet the room had been cooled down to an extremely uncomfortable 18–19°C by the air conditioning.
Despite asking for assistance, it was impossible to heat the room. It was so cold that I might as well have slept outside… This is absolutely not the level of comfort, service or attention to detail I expect from a five-star hotel. A truly disappointing experience.

The hotel itself is impressive, and the facilities are excellent. Its proximity to the event I was attending was the main reason I chose to stay here, and in that respect it was ideal. Everything was within easy reach, which made the stay very convenient.
There were, however, some shortcomings. The staff were not particularly friendly, and service at the bar was slow. Soundproofing in our room was insufficient: we could clearly hear the music from the nightclub near the hotel. I also find it hard to understand why hotel guests have to pay to access the panoramic bar in the tower. For a property of this calibre, that should be part of the guest experience.
Overall, the stay met our expectations for the price we paid. On a normal day, though, when the room rate can be more than three times what we paid, it falls short of what you would expect from a landmark five-star hotel in this part of the city. That matters all the more because, given how close it is to the airport, it is effectively a gateway for anyone arriving in Lisbon by plane.

Good location
Coffee was only from machine in Restaraunt not nice , surely Michelin Restaraunt should have a barista trained staff for high quality coffee had two and tried different types both poor . Serving plates for cooked breakfast were not warmed very cold to put hot cooked breakfast on . Hot food was only just warm under heated lights at breakfast .
