We had an amazing stay at Hyatt Regency Hakone Resort and Spa. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with exceptional warmth and genuine hospitality that made us feel truly special. The staff were incredibly friendly, attentive, and professional, ensuring that every part of our stay was comfortable and memorable. The welcoming atmosphere, excellent service, and relaxing surroundings made our experience wonderful. We truly appreciated the care and attention provided by the entire team. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a relaxing and memorable stay in Hakone. We would love to return again!

We spent one night only but everything from welcome drinks to shuttle bus service was without a glitch. One particular thank to the stuff, we forgot a jacket on the shuttle bus and they delivered it to our next accommodation. What a service !
