Buffet had great choices for breakfast and dinner, although it could become a bit tiring after more than 2 nights. For the variety and cost, food was fairly good. Full inclusive resort means you have easy access to lots of amenities.
Baths were refreshing. A bit old but clean and comfortable.
The property is a bit far from the rest of the town of Sounkyo and a bit up a hill. Not a problem if you have a car, but it’s not the easiest walk into town.
Also lots of tours stop for 1-2 nights for accommodation, so can get noisier in public spaces.

The location is close to the cable car station, and it's convenient for visitors to access the station. The dinner & breakfast buffet had a wide range of food. It's nice to have deer around and it's great experience.
It's too crowded during long holidays. It might be hard to get food at the buffet. The room's facilities were a bit old, and the door seemed too thin to block out outside noise.

Sheets were blood stained when took them out to make the bed
