The hotel has a very warm and homely atmosphere. The staff were extremely welcoming, friendly, and always ready to help us with any questions or requests we had. We felt very comfortable throughout our stay — almost as if we were at home. It was a truly pleasant and welcoming experience.
I would also like to highlight the excellent cuisine and the wonderful wines we had the opportunity to taste at the hotel’s restaurant. We particularly appreciated the quality of the service, including the sommelier’s attention and the detailed explanations about each of the wines produced at the estate’s own winery.
We also took part in a wine-tasting experience, which exceeded all our expectations. Visiting the wine cellars, learning about the history of the estate and its winemaking tradition, and discovering the different wines made our stay even more special.
Overall, it was a wonderful experience combining genuine hospitality, excellent food, beautiful wines, and a fascinating introduction to the estate’s winemaking heritage.
We also had the opportunity to enjoy the hotel’s spa and sauna. My husband had a massage, which he was extremely pleased with. The spa itself has a wonderfully relaxing and welcoming atmosphere, and we spent a truly enjoyable hour there. It was the perfect way to relax and made our stay even more memorable.

Beautiful location. Lovely swimming pool and views.
The restaurant was fantastic and we enjoyed the wine-pairing with our tasting menu.
Some of the staff are outstanding - particularly the lady who is working at the pool bar during the day time, and the sommelier in the restaurant: both are so friendly and helpful.
It is a shame to be in Italy at to be served nespresso coffee.. for a hotel with such fine food and drink, the coffee was well below standard. We craved for a good cup!
There was a wasps nest next to the swimming pool which was quite unpleasant while bathing/lounging/eating breakfast and there were just so many wasps that eventually I was stung. Would really recommend that the hotel deal with it.

The setting within the wine yards is pretty. Its placement on the hillside is very beautiful. The view of the room is also very nice. The bed was comfortable and the pool super nice. We ordered a special meal off the menu and were super happy with it. Some of the waiters are absolutely kind.
We were not welcomed with a drink- which should be mandatory at such a location. The interior is dated and some details were poorly done.
The terrace had nice lounge furniture, that could not be used during the day unless you like to burn yourself, because of missing sun umbrellas during the day. The selection of food on the menu was not as expected.
