Nothing.. everything was great.

The property, the staff and the accommodations were amazing. Hospitality at its best! And we were blown away by the breakfast buffet. I have never seen a better set-up and offering. Absolutely loved it!
Nothing the property could have done... but the surrounding beaches are not swimmable.

Room was fantastic and the staff were outstanding. We loved the breakfast and accessibility to the beach was amazing. The resort is also well located in the Nusa Dua area, close to Bali Collection for shopping and restaurants.
We didn't love the fact that there is no swim-up bar! Service around the pools was a bit slower than we'd like and eating/drinking in this resort is expensive. Our pillows were also not comfortable, and although they were swapped over, the replacements were very small.

Absolutely stunning resort, everything was perfect, wonderful staff and even small details to make our stay more perfect. Just as an example for how hotel cares about details: there was a staff member who gave away free little icecreams every day around lunch at the beach.
Really nothing
