The personel was amazing and extreme service minded, kind and lovely . Without exception everybody knew our names, which gave a very personal touch to the visit.
The Boneka Breakfast and Diner Buffet was out of this world and fantastic from pur perspective , especially when you like Indone(asian) food . I think it was one of the better Buffets we have had in our lifetime. (The buffet has a great choice for Asian food , Sushi and fish , but also more Western amuse type of food dishes.
The room and housekeeping was excellent , as was the Spa.
Its a very personal touch and in general we were happy , but we think the hotel could have more activities and a better beachfront and pool. The hotel is a bit off from Nusa Dua centre and therefore more quiet . We think the beach front and pool could use some upgrade, to make it more attractive to spend the day there. Now we felt the beach to be a bit boring without inspiration.
If you have travelled Bali for 8-10 days I would stay max 3-4days in this resort .
The water quality in the rooms is below 5 star level , ( should be mineral or spring water instead of filtered/ desalinated)
