I have been visiting Citizen Hotel for the last 25 years, on and off. Whenever we, my wife and my self are in Mumbai, we always stay at Citizen Hotel only! It is clean, has great views, good breakfast.
More variety of fruit at breakfast would be most welcome!

The reception staff were rather muddled and disorganised. They could not locate my booking upon arrival. Also, rather on the unprofessional side and not well turned out with a dirty old blazer. Also, reception kept phoning me in the room to ask if I am staying on. I confirmed and they phoned me every few minutes to come down and pay. This was in the morning so really unprofessional and weird. The location is excellent and the cleanliness of the hotel good. The facilities are more boutique but well kept. The food is also great.
