Very friendly staff, free hotel shuttle from and to the station. Great spacious lobby which gives you a real 5 star feeling. I also liked the hotel bar which has somewhat of a 60s vibe.
A bit far away from the main attractions. You have to take the bus or a taxi to get there. Room interior was a bit dated. The room was also a bit too dark.

Location- it’s close to the Kyoto station and hotel has a free shuttle bus from and to station every 30’.
Hotel is overrated in this app. Room size in standard room was quite spacious for Japan, but bathroom was extremely small.
Only one coffee machine in breakfast restaurant which makes only espresso. So it was always crowded around.
