Room was equipped and decorated in a quite simple way, but sufficient to make us feel good.
The balcony was nice, the jacuzzi (of upgraded room) clean and with a nice view.
Breakfast, lunch and dinner buffet had a really good quality and range of food, drinks were always actively offered, staff was mostly very active and nice.
Highlights were the several bars serving cocktails in evenings.
Also we liked the additional offer of coffee, tea, cookies and cakes, snacks: Mostly good quality and variety.
The beach was clean, guards were always watching and ready to support the guests. Nice platform, overlapping the water.
We want to especially thank the following staff, who did an extraordinarily good job:
- Rachman (breakfast/lunch/dinner restaurant)
- Aizat (main bar next to the reception)
Special thanks to both of them to make us feel warmly welcome!
We had to change the room, as in the first room there wasn't sufficient coverage of the central air conditioning system. Also balcony of that room was so tiny, that there was only space for a single chair (not even 1sqm). In general the aircon system didn't work well in some days.
Only thing to improve with the bars is to offer more seats and tables.
In general the hotel is nice, but requires some renovation and fresh look.

The design of the pool area and access to the beach were great. Food and snack options were really good.
I loved ample storage in the room -- it was sufficient for a 2 weeks stay
Air conditioner. It barely worked. It is a deal-breaker -- I won't go there again until it is upgraded.

It’s a beautifully maintained property. The food was outstanding and the variety at each meal was superb. The staff professional and helpful no matter the request. I want to acknowledge our housekeeper, Seyna, for the wonderful job that she did for us each day.

Its my second time in Sherwood dreams and I loved it before and still love it.. staff are really friendly and super helpful.. food variety and quality is really good.. one of the best in its category
Despite that almost everything was great I had the below disappointments which really can be fixed if a regular maintenance was conducted
1. There was some dirt coming out of the jacuzzi when you switch it on. Once I informed the reception they immediately offered to switch room. Which was a good gesture from them. Yet when I went to the other room, I asked them to try the jacuzzi before moving and the same problem was there.. so they sent someone to fix it in my room, and unfortunately it still have the same problem definitely need proper maintenance.
2. There was some maintenance out of the room and they left a lot of dirt outside. I have informed the front desk yet it was not cleaned out. Dust and cable cuts were all over the carpet at the entrance of the room.
3. Too many children playing in the lobby area and the bars and they were too loud..
