Situated in good location and with good room size and large double-bed. Balcony view of river, moored boats and swimming pool was lovely. On-site parking provided. Access to guest washing and drying facilities was also appreciated.
To save money for trip 'dinner nights out' we look to make our own breakfasts from time to time and found no plates/bowls or cutlery for our use. Not a deal breaker but would have been appreciated.

Central location with water views. We arrived late but were greeted by friendly staff who made us welcome.

Staff very friendly & efficient.
This stay is very close to everything.
All good.

It was a great location.
Staff were not very helpful or competent. There was no lift to get luggage to the top floor, so travelling with elderly or small children is difficult. The breakfast was pretty average for the cost. They didn't put out half of the things they advertised. Pool isn't heated. Bed wasn't comfortable.
