Very nice traditional Riad in the medina. Comfortable and quiet and staff were very helpful, arranging taxis and transfers to the airport etc. excellent breakfast every morning.

The location is great, you can walk to a lot lovely places. We stayed for 5nights in 3 rooms. The Riad was clean and you can unwind after a busy day and relax in the courtyard, we felt at home. Most staff were accommodating too. It’s good value for money, I would recommend.
Food wasn’t available to order throughout the day. Curtain missing in one bathroom. Toilet paper was missing on day 1 in few rooms. The lights are very dim and the light switch is outside the room which is silly. The pool water was cold but this is probably best for summer. Terrace seating is not in good condition, it’s falling apart.

Bathroom was dark, somewhat difficult to get ready because of the lighting.

The location - very central for walking around the medina
We checked out at 6am and they had juice and cake prepared for us before we left.
Air conditioning was good
They modified my booking from 3 nights to 2 nights on booking.com after I had paid for 3 nights in cash at the raid. Only after I said it to the receptionist did they rectify it but I don't understand why they modified it in the first place.
The breakfast was poor compare to other riads we stayed in.
The terrazza on the roof was awful - dirty and the furniture - sunbeds were so dirty you couldn't even sit down.
The pool was dirty
The bathrooms (we had 2 rooms for a family of 5) were old and dirty.
The locks on the bedroom doors are not very secure and safe.
