The staff and their customer service was exceptional! Simple but delicious breakfast. It’s an older building yet very comfortable. Great location.
Hot water in the shower was inconsistent

The hotel is located just 5 min on foot to the Grand Plaza and therefore everything in the Old Town is basically within walking distance. The hotel staff are also very friendly and helpful.
This hotel is in a historic house and has been in business for over 50 years so there are some wear and tear and the floor also squeaks quite a bit.
