The bed was comfortable, breakfast was nice, good selection. Staff was friendly and helpful.
There was no WiFi in the room, and only one channel on the television. While the location is good, there's a restaurant in the courtyard that has live music on the weekend, so sleeping on that night is impossible. On the weekends it difficult to have a hot shower.

Very good location, late check-out
Could be better food selection for breakfast

Location was perfect, near Cuenca's tourist attractions. Breakfast was good.
My bathroom ventilator was not working, so if you took a hot shower the entire room filled with steam.

"Beds are very comfortable, clean rooms, staff very friendly. Great location! Great breakfast. Be there earlier over later… buffet breakfast, if hot items finish, no refilling."
