Immaculate. Stunning decor. First class in (nearly) every respect.
Parking was advertised at time of booking as included - turned out not for our suites. No big deal but just a point. Also, and this is being very pedantic, pillows too soft for me (so an option of firm pillows perhaps). But, to be fair, these are minor points - the suites are simply stunning.

Central to the town, free parking with the suite we booked, staff were super friendly and always helpful, the property was a large space and decorated beautifully, easy check in, really great experience for the weekend.
Small area to get car through for parking however this unfortunately cannot be avoidable due to the location hence not affecting the rating we have given.

The size of the room. The design and touches ofcthe room. Top class very high level.
Great Chinese takeaway opposite which we decided to use duento the fact plates and cutlery were provided in the room.
Sorry! Can't really think of anything if I was being really picky! 2 hand towels . We had a bath mat and 2 bath towels . A hand towel was the only thing missing for my wife's hair! but thats not really an issue

Fabulous location.
The apartment itself (Columbus suite) was amazing. TV in the bath! Hi-tech lights and so on. Gorgeous decor. Lovely view and very convenient. Would stay there again.
I hated being asked to upload ID before we could book. If I'd have known I'd have to do that before making the non-cancellable booking, I'd have gone elsewhere.
I wasn't a fan of the £250 deposit either.
And emailing the access code on the day I was due to arrive was much too risky. If my phone hadn't worked for some reason or there'd been no signal, I'd have been stuffed. A few days beforehand is more sensible.
But to stress: the apartment was fabulous and I'd go again.
