We really enjoyed our stay - the staff were lovely and the food was great!
The Platos street sign was right outside our room - it creaks in the wind!!
There is a white blind in the hallway of the room. It would be good if it was a darker colour as it lets light in at night which means you have to shut the bedroom door but it’s a small niggle!

Beautiful property in the heart of Kirkby Lonsdale. Staff all very welcoming and service exceptional throughout. Breakfast also amazing.

Described as a "compact" room when booking it turned out to be entirely adequate. Friendly staff, very clean room and bathroom, and the food is cooked to order, not cooked then heated for serving.
Having to walk ten minutes to the car park.

Very helpful staff. Lovely breakfast.
Noisy late at night (foul language coming from a neighbouring property, something the staff is aware of) and in the early morning (deliveries).
Rather warm, so we had to leave the window open). Duvet too thick for our liking.
A problem with the kitchen meant we couldn't eat there as planned in the evening, and then we had to go out for breakfast on our second morning.
