Quirky hotel in a great spot for Napier. Comfortable and well located.
Building works on the verandah were underway, though did not impact us greatly

I loved this hotel for it's ambience and history. Love the art deco decor. Lovely spacious room with a door to the deck. Location of my room was quiet (I can imagine others may be less so). Lovely bathroom with a small tub. Really friendly and helpful reception staff. Fantastic location in the heart of Napier.
Nothing really.

Art deco hotel, beautifully decorated. Comfortable bed. Clean property.
Restaurant on ground level was great food.
Stairs from lift to the level of our room. Would have liked one level.

Amazing rooms, very comfortable bed, beautifully decorated.
It took a long time for the hot water to come through.
