The view
The staff charged me surcharge on eftpos. Then when i questioned it they struggled to explain themselves
I asked to have alcohol removed from my room. The staff seem confused

We loved all the pillow options and how cozy the space was.
The fan in the bathroom wasn’t working properly. It wouldn’t stay on.

location was awesome. Bed OK - it was 2 beds pushed together so a seam down the middle.
The breakfast was ghastly. The barrister coffee was not drinkable (not sure if the machine had not been cleaned properly, beans old ??). The sparrows on the food table eating the bread and other food was disgusting and meant we did not eat from there. The cooked food was below average and the fresh food was very old and looked like it was going off. I tried to call the hotel to let them know rather than put a post up - however could not get through to them
