Location and room
Overpriced parking as guests and TV. Unable to link our device to cast to TV eg to watch Netflix. There is no BBC iPlayer available

We arrived early so we were able to store out bags in the luggage room. When we checked in it was quick and lifts super fast. I love the fact there was a bath!
Our room was nice enough but bed wasnt comfortable. For the amount of money a better mattress and bottles of water would havr been expected. The cookies are always a nice touch but I dont like cookies unfortunately

Excellent location, nice interiors. Staff very helpful. Breakfast was lovely with lots of choice.
The bed was very uncomfortable, the mattress felt old and pillows heavy and flat. Every time I turned over the mattress made a loud squeaking noise, and I felt a spring in my back. Not a good nights sleep.
