The location is convenient and easily accessible, and the breakfast was decent.
The biggest issue was on my second night, when the room was very cold. I contacted the hotel multiple times and waited a long time for a technician. In the end, the heating problem was not fixed. A portable heater was eventually provided, but the whole process took around two hours. Almost every additional request I made was met with a “no.” I asked whether my luggage could be transferred to my room, and this was refused. There was also no flexibility for early check-in or late check-out
