Stayed here for the 2nd time for a total of 5 days with my husband and a my 5 year old daughter. The hotel staffs were very friendly and provided excellent service. Same goes to the life guard & the spa staffs,. The rooms were comfortable and well maintanined, and the location was very convenient for shopping. Overall, it was a pleasant stay and i would definitely recommend this hotel
Our experience at the swimming pool was very disappointing. We were unware that the pool was used by members under a membership program. The members were rude and unfriendly towards hotel guests, repeatedly asking us to move aside and making us feel unwelcomed. As a paying hotel guests, we expected to be able to enjoy the swimming pool facilities without being treated this way, The hotel should clearly inform guests about any membership arrangements and ensure that the hotel guests were treated respectfully and are given fair access to the facilities
This incident completely ruined my 5 year old daughter swimming time and was a real disappointment for our family. I Hope the hotel management will look into this matter seriously and take the necessary steps to prevent similiar experience for other guests.

A big Thank you to Ms Ramya who made our stay extra special and really accommodative to our needs. She was always checking on us if we need anything and it made us feel so welcoming.
