Nice staff and hospitality
Hospitality is awesome
7 / 10Good·Oct 2026
Overall, I had a very good experience at this 5-star hotel. The restaurant staff, security team, and service staff were especially outstanding, always helpful, polite, and professional. A special mention to Janeeta at the reception, who was very nice, welcoming, and friendly.
However, I feel the reception team could improve their attitude and guest interaction. At a 5-star hotel, a warm welcome and a genuine smile can make a big difference to a guest’s first impression. A little more friendliness and a welcoming approach at the reception would make the overall experience even better.
Apart from this, the other staff members were excellent, and I truly appreciate their dedication and hospitality. With a small improvement in reception service, this hotel could deliver an even more exceptional five-star experience. Wishing the entire team all the best! 🌟

Staff
It’s just outdated. The staff is friendly but the picture are well created on their website. In reality it’s an older hotel with a lack of maintenance
