Friendly staff, room excellent, clean and well maintained & overall food was excellent
TV reception in our room was poor some of the time. The Sunday lunch took over an hour to arrive after we ordered.

The room was bright and airy and had a big balcony overlooking the river (unexpected bonus).
The food offering for dinner wasn't great. It was difficult to find a small meal that included vegetables/salad. I ordered fried chicken but there was no green salad available short of ordering a chicken caesar salad without the chicken!!!

Great location for the park and ride into Bath, and the location of the pub on the river was nice. The staff were really nice, and the breakfast was good. The beds were very comfortable.
The cleanliness of our room was not to a good standard and could do with being updated and refreshed. The carpet had stains in some parts and lcould have done with been hoovered better.We had a balcony with river view but it wasn't clean that you could feel comfortable enough to sit out there. There were cobwebs and an ashtray that was full of fag ends, really not nice. The table and chairs were dirty and dated. We we so looking forward to sitting out on the balcony to watch the sun set but just didnt feel comfortable enough to sit there. We did mention it the next morning and they said someone would be up to sort it out. When we returned at the end of the day it had been cleaned somewhat but not to a high standard. For the price we paid for two nights the room should be of a higher standard.
