Location was great in the heart of the town centre. Liked that rooms had fridge, microwave and cutlery, very handy.
One of the mattresses on one of the beds had quite a big dip in the middle, which made it a bit uncomfortable. One of the motion sensor lights on the landing was faulty and was constantly switching on and off and you could see it under the bedroom door.

I've stayed here 4-5 times. It's usually been very nice. The facilities and location are great plus the bed is always comfortable.
Unfortunately, on this occasion, there were no towels in the room except for the small one left in the shower tray for wet feet. On checking out, this was mentioned to reception staff 27/9/26. However, this didn't seem to register with them as a concern! Nor any apology offered. This I'm sure is a 'hospitality training' issue, as well as a 'house-keeping' admin blunder. Unfortunately the missing towels weren't noticed until stepping out of the shower!!
