I as in a ground floor room and there was a lot of noise from the room above. Lack of soundproofing between floors

BKs was very clean, so close to town and the Staff were very helpful.
The bed was uncomfortable for my partner. We didn't mention it till we left and looking back we should have said something the first night. The Staff were so helpful I'm sure they would have done something.

Location great, staff friendly
Unit "tired" sofa had a broken leg, spa bath didn't work, light switch on one side of bed jammed and worst of all I ended up with bed bug bites, not pleasant.
