Friendly, welcoming hosts. We stayed in room 3 which had a king size very comfortable bed, was spotlessly clean, very well presented and had plenty of tea and coffee, biscuits, water and towels. Great breakfast, plenty of choice. Fantastic Halloween decorations which were a lovely touch. On site parking. About 15 minutes walk into town then a further 5 minutes onto the front. Would love to go back.
Would possibly book a room with a double bed rather than a king size bed next time to have a bit more space in the room, but it was still a lovely room.

This was such a lovely, clean and welcoming guest house. The room was immaculate with lots of little extras like a coffee machine, a drawer full of different choices of hot drinks and biscuits, fresh plush towels including a face cloth! Bottles of water, earplugs, phone chargers, a Dyson fan, and even a chocolate on your pillow! The breakfast had a wide range of choice and was cooked to perfection - loved the signing chef, brought a tear to my eye! Perfect location for peasholme park and the beach front. Thanks for a lovely stay, we will be back!
Hardly anything just 2 teeny issues - the pillows were a bit lumpy and the shower pressure was very weak but just recommendations if anything!
