Genuine service of staff, relaxing and natural environment
It’s better if the facility can be renovated
8 / 10Excellent·Oct 2026
The room with private pool. Separate toilet and shower. Modern toilet seats. Walking around the hotel facilities
Room had lizard, in spite of writing to the hotel at the time of booking. Breakfast decent.
7 / 10Good·Oct 2026
The breakfast spread had a great variety and was excellent.
I was hoping for a better selection of local signature Thai fruits.
6 / 10Average·Aug 2026
I liked the room and the pool
It was very disorganized with the buggy service and understaffed. Banyan tree Bangkok was so much better
