Very green and part of nature. Amazing beach and surrounding foods / shops. Staff are so friendly. Rooms clean and good a/c. Hot/cold water.
Maybe having different pillow types would be better.

Great prices for massages by the beach Great, affordable restaurant with fresh coconut water by the beach Excellent breakfast Friendly staff Nice beach to walk on
Minor stuff: No elevator, top floor can be ~20 steps up. Water pressure in taps was hard to control, it would go either too strong or too weak, rigid tap control. Once we left the AC off, when we came back the washroom had a bad smell. The problem didn't repeat if we kept the AC on for ventilation when leaving the room.

Prefer Process over customer service, poor drink service
