Easy access to/from a main road. Room recently renovated & they are doing all rooms. Staff were all friendly & helpful. Plus they had jars of lollies at reception š¤£ a bonus after a 5+ hour journey & sustenance for the way home. š

The accommodation was in the perfect location, and the manager was incredibly accommodating, understanding, and welcoming with my additional requests.

How modern it was
We booked a room with a Spa for our 7 year old twins, they were going on all day about how they couldnāt wait to get to the hotel for a warm spa after being in the snow all day, to Arriving their to be told sorry we are upgrading our rooms NO SPA & that was it, no money back for paying extra for the spa, my kids were really disappointed and upset and the road was so noisey it sounded like our windows were open all night, very disappointing
