The beds were super comfortable! We all slept very well. The location was great as it was central and our event was walkable - hence why we booked at Ramada.
The parking facilities were booked up so we had to park on the street - however there wasn't much difference in price between the hotel and all day public parking. so no real bother.

Excellent location for walking back and forth to an event at the Regent on Broadway Theatre. Staff were helpful and friendly. We had to request clean towels rather than supplied automatically but that was easy.
We accidentally left a pair of earrings on the side table. When I rang to have them posted at our expense, reception said they had not been handed in.
