Hotel Prisma was very reasonably priced. The staff was very helpful and nice and our room was very clean.
Our double room was a bit small but it was very clean and the beds were comfortable.

Comfy room with 2 pillows each. Room had a balcony which was fabulous to view the city but was very noisy at night especially as its festival time in Cusco.
Decent breakfast with cereals and hot bits and pieces.
Lovely bilingual staff and a good storage area for baggage.
The central atrium area was noisy with talking and banging echoing up to the upper floors. Hot water was off and on...

Location is central with lots of restaurants around
Some of the rooms have windows on to the atrium - lack of fresh air, but also lots of noise rising from people hanging around in the lobby.
