Great location, clean and spacious room, staff on site 24/7, laundry service available, nice daily breakfast, daily room turnover service, self serve tea always available
The only con was that our windows were in a shaft which meant that we could hear everyone’s conversations and they could hear ours (even with windows and doors closed). Luckily there was no street noise and people generally were quiet during sleeping hours.

If you're reading reviews to decide whether to book this place, don't hesitate! As frequent travelers, we usually stay in high-end hotels, and this one far exceeded our expectations.
The hospitality was more than I could have hoped for, and the hotel truly felt like home. With Cusco's high altitude, our host's warmth and helpfulness made all the difference, which is exactly what you need as a tourist. The rooms and bathrooms were spotless, so there are no worries there.
It's also worth knowing that this is a family-owned hotel, which makes it even better. We trust family-run places more because the owners take real pride in their property.
If I'm ever back in Cusco, I'll book here first and plan my activities around my stay. A huge thank you to the mother, her daughters, and the rest of the staff. ¡Muchas gracias!

Staff so friendly and helpful. Rooms very modern and clean. Delicious breakfast. Stored our luggage while we were in 5 day trek.
The room we had before trek was amazing. Big room and view out to road/ mountains. The room after the trek was an internal room, we could hear the shower and conversation from the next room and it was quite small, but overall our experience was very good.
