Amazing location , the onsen was amazing and we could see Fuji from our room! Very happy indeed.
We booked for our anniversary dinner to be in the hotel, the most expensive meal we had in our whole trip in Japan which wouldn’t have been an issue at all as the meal was lovely but there was a big school function right next to the dinning area, it was so loud we couldn’t enjoy our romantic dinner. We would have gone somewhere else if we were told we were seated next to that.

Quite pricey for what you get. I paid extra for a mountain and lake view, but we were given a different room. The staff weren't very helpful and seemed a bit impatient when we asked questions. On the positive side, the breakfast was exceptional!
Reception staff, room not what was shown in the photos and not what I paid for

Close to a bus stop and Kawaguchiko train station
Old, hot water in the shower was not reliable. Not enough closet space and no laundry facility.
