Great hotel. Very welcoming. Has everything you need. Beds were super gard but staff assisted by making bed a little gentle on our bodies. Loved breakfast, gym, pool. We used all the facilities including room service. Even had vegan options. Thanks to all the staff including Pleng and Owen.
Pesto pasta - room service.

The property was beautiful and the staff was exceptional, from the doormen to the reception. The rooftop bar has gorgeous views and unique cocktails and the restaurant is absolutely gorgeous. During my stay, it was my husbands birthday and Hotel Muse surprised him with a decoration of our room and a very thoughtful card. We had a wonderful stay here and would definitely return :)

it was beautiful and chic; I really appreciated the aesthetics. the location was easy as well and close to many amenities. overall I rate it 10/10
some areas felt dark however i think it actually added a bit of charm.

Great location. The staff was very kind and helpful. Beautiful pool area( but they need more care for simply servis). Nice room.
The price-to-quality ratio is very poor. The pool is beautiful but us pity if they don’t care more! Pool area often had piles of towels and didn’t feel very clean. If you want to order anything, you have to go to the restaurant yourself and still get charged a service fee. We moved to a nearby hotel for a third of the price, and it was really better.
