Beds were comfy (though the additional third bed was harder than the other two in the room), breakfast was good, location was excellent easy walking distance to a range of attractions
Room felt a bit tired and in need of a bit of TLC, but bathroom, kitchenette and overall size of the room was excellent

It is family friendly with a playground for kids to play at if they are stuck in the hotel during rainy season.
The housekeeping staff Miss Noi is so kind and helpful. Staff overall is polite and helpful.

The luggage staff were great
The check-in process was awful told check in was 2 we went for walk to fill in time got drenched came back at 2.30 and room was another 45 mins away and we had no way of drying off… so we could only check in about 3 … not sure what the hold up was but staff were friendly enough and it’s wasn’t the front desk staff fault
