The staff is friendly, the property is situated where the view of the town and Table Mountain is blended into one spectacular view. The property is clean and rooms are spacious and so comfortable. The bar area and chilling areas are provided for enjoyment.
I wish I had anything to complain about.

The value of the overall cost and the beautiful views given it's high mountain location.
They could be less tolerant of intoxicated guest disturbing other guest. For instance, removing an intoxicated guest in *5 minutes or less*.

The room was comfortable and I was grateful for the elevator.
There was very little natural ventilation in the room. I didn’t like that I had to switch the aircon on and off all the time. The room was too cold when aircon was off and too hot when aircon was on. Also I didn’t like the fact that meals were not halal.
