Nice and clean hotel in a very central location. It was within an walking distance to most attractions. Views to Bo-Kaap and Lion's Head from the roof top was amazing! Staff was very friendly and the hotel felt very safe.

All Good
The facial recognition scanner could not recognize me. When I asked security for assistance, they did not address the issue and appeared more focused on talking to each other. I eventually had to resolve it myself.

The location was great, the staff friendly and always willing to assist.
That I had to pay a lot of money for parking which was not specified upon booking.
