Excellent location walking distance to everything. Porto is very magical and romantic. Really enjoyed our trip and stay.
Nothing it was exactly what I booked. I wanted a view and balcony and got exactly that. Great vacation!

Hotel was nice and well located. Lots of seating area. Reception staff was good. Breakfast buffet variety was very good. Bedroom was comfortable.
The check-in took too long, there was a long line. Breakfast buffet not enough staff, things would run out and take long to replenish because there was not enough staff to replenish and clean tables. It was not pleasant to see 2 and then 3 employees struggling to handle everything. Coffee was not good at all, should have a better machine!

The room was neat.
While booking, we had requested an early check-in. We went around 12 pm to check in since we needed to check out as early as 6 am the next day. Unfortunately, we had to wait outside till 3 pm to check in, since our request was not accommodated.
We requested two twin beds, but we were given a single king bed.

Location and staff
The maze of taking 2 elevators
To my room and getting lost. Also I the room I was in smelled like greasy food from the restaurant next door. I could feel the springs from the bed in my back
