Staff were friendly and helpful, breakfast was really good and plenty of variety, The room was clean and the bed was comfortable with nice pillows.
The shower leaked all over the bathroom floor everytime you used it, we were in room 414. We booked the hotel as it advertised a swimming pool and it was not in use although the outside temperature was 32, the pool looked small and in a back corner of the hotel.

Good location, clean and calm
The window handle was broken, and the window couldn't be opened. Although I was told upon pointing it out that it would be repaired, nothing further happened. We were also disappointed that it was only in the fine print that the pool is no longer open in September. We had explicitly set that as a search filter on Booking.

The rooms were very nice.
The parking costs were too high (around 25€ for a night).
