Great location - right in the middle of Parramatta and a short walk from the station.
It was difficult to leave the parking during our stay. The automated gate tried to charge us and the staff on the intercom accused us of not paying for parking (we had). Took 10+ min at the gate to resolve, and no apology. That's a bit rough when parking is $45 p/night. It would also be good if there were more kitchen amenities, like a toaster. And the TV streaming didn't work so only free TV available.
