Location was very good, close to good restaurants. Friendly and welcoming reception.

The location.
The ladies at the reception are very unfriendly and unhelpful. We got the impression that they were irritated when asking advice etc does not even look up and eating while sitting behind the desk. The room met the facilities with the sea view. We stayed in number 15. Had a very big deck but could not use it because it was very dirty. Definitely not cleaned before we checked in.
The springs of the left side mattress are worn out and almost sticking through the mattress. The room was cleaner than the previous number 1 that we stayed in. The bathroom ceiling was covered with mildew. The toilet seat had a lot of perished marks and disgusting to use.
