Location is great.
Jeri is a small town but very busy therefore could be noisy.
Araxá is well located and quiet.
Francisco from breakfast service is a lovey person and always smiling.
Staff is not friendly and you don’t feel welcome (unless Francisco).
Room with terrace upstairs could be nice but no effort is made to have a comfortable environment up there.
Could be so much cozier with some adapted furniture.
By the time I was there(4 nights), I have never seen any guests using their terrace.

"The staff was there for every need that we had, restocking, cleaning, bringing us food, and had a smile the whole time. It was an amazing experience. The room was spacious and comfortable."
