We had and AMAZING stay for 4 nights. Thge staff here is very caring and helpful. Especially Amla at the reception who delivered on all our requests.
Room service and housekeeping staff made an extra effort to take care of my elderly mother (85 years old) and prepared special food for her.
Best location to stay in Colaba area in a secluded lane and easy access.
Street noise as colaba causway is right next door - but nothing that disturbed our sleep at night

The friendly and helpful staff. The comfortable bed and pillows. The shover with good pressure and warm water. The size of the room. The working of the A/C. The breakfast, the attentive and available chef. The convenient location.
Maintenance of the installation could be improved.
