Breakfast was very good but if they add more variety will be better and the location is perfect
I think that lobby of the hotel sofas need to change

Beautiful historic building on great location. Very nice poolarea. Kind staff.
Service around the pool was very slow. Never experienced a hotel where the coca-cola was out of stock 😉

We stayed for four nights in two rooms and checked in at 11 PM due to our delayed flight.
Two days before departure, we requested a late check-out until 4 PM, as our flight was at 10 PM. Despite several follow-ups and speaking with the Duty Manager, we received no clear response or proper follow-up.
We even reduced our request to just one room, but there was still very little cooperation. After repeatedly asking, we were reluctantly granted only one extra hour and had to check out at 1 PM.
We understand that late check-out is subject to availability, but the lack of communication, flexibility, and genuine guest care was disappointing, especially from a hotel with Taj’s reputation.
