Great location, tram access readily available, food and clothing shops everywhere!
Aircon wasn’t working for the entire apartment complex which made it hot during Melbourne’s heat wave

Good location. Spacious apartment.
I did not receive a welcome letter/email setting out how to enter after hours etc. Reception woman was not very helpful. Bath tub/shower was very pokey and hot water hard to control.

Receptionist was incredibly friendly and she even allowed my friends to organise a bday surprise for me. We were upgraded to top floor and we enjoyed watching city skyline through balcony. It’s conveniently close to all the major restaurants and clubs in South Yarra.
The apartment has the potential to present more clean with more amenities.

The property is in a very convenient location.
No air conditioners. We were waking up sweating most nights (despite the pleasant weather outside).
The solution from the staff was to provide a fan. This did not assist much more than moving hot air around the room (on the last night the temp was showing as 25.5 degrees celsius on the thermostat despite us trying to set it to a more pleasant 19)

"It’s very spacious and clean, amazing location and views. The staff member had excellent communication prior to the stay and when we stayed. I would highly recommend."
