Polite and friendly check in, excellent room

Good location and in theory good amenities, however, I booked this hotel based on the fact it had a pool and gym which we wanted to use but it was not open, even though dates advertised said it would be, hence the booking. So a bit upset that this was not available, I was given free parking and one free drink token, between three of us, other than that a good hotel and a nice stay.

Clean room exactly as described, and the breakfast was great! A little disappointed that the pool was under refurbishment so we couldn’t use it (and we weren’t made aware beforehand) but it’s something to look forward to next time!
Parking was a £7.50 for overnight which was fair, but would be a bit expensive if staying for multiple nights. Location was great for access to the centre - would recommend.

As always a brilliant stay at this hotel. £11 for a double JD is a bit steep but overall lovely hotel.
