The hotel is exceptional- I am not clear why it is rated 4* when it is really a 5*.
Staff are fantastic, breakfasts really good, great location, large rooms, great spa.
Only minor but I’d probably say all rooms ought to have a kettle and tea/coffee. In the UK even the cheapest hotels have this this.

The pool on the roof was lovely. It wasn't crowded but neither was the hotel, so maybe we just got lucky. The restaurant was superb. as was breakfast.
The bar service on the roof top was a bit hit and miss. You have to use a telephone to call for your drinks and sometimes it just rang and rang.
