I never stayed in a Boutique Hotel and it was absolutely gorgeous! “Boutique” makes it sound small but we had a great 26 SQM room. Everything was really nice and very friendly and professional staff. Short distance to Town and 🚠. Beautiful Spa and very good food. I would recommend this Hotel very highly.

Don’t ask the Lady in the breakfast room for American coffee, she will tell you in front of everyone that you are in Austria (really?!) and we don’t have American coffee and we are proud of our Austria coffee culture. Was definitely not what I expected and not necessary. Just ask for a coffee.

A very well run excellent hotel.

The room we had was noisy from the very busy road outside and builders were working next door .

Rooms are clean and tidy.

Pools are cold (this is my second stay here and both times it was cold), kitchen did not work during our stay, which I don’t find acceptable considering the price and the fact it is a 4-star hotel.
