Very professional staff and very clean facility. Location is idea.
Shower water is barely lukewarm although the pressure is great! Room didn't come with floor mat to dry your feet. Sink was clogged and took minutes before draining which can cause a problem depending on what you are using the sink for. Lighting in the room is poor. Only one of four elevators worked. We have a Convention coming there in December and that problem needs to be prioritize immediately!!!
